The system business transformation runs in

One system.
Different points of view.

Elumri replaces the spreadsheets, trackers, status decks and email chains behind a transformation program with one living record. The person doing the work, the person running the program and the executive each see it shaped for them, and nothing is ever typed twice.

Executive brief

People Operations is amber: offboarding slipped two weeks

Every line opens to the project and the team's own words. No deck needed.

01 · Why Elumri

The same facts get typed three times. Nobody trusts any of them.

Teams update their trackers. Someone copies that into the portfolio spreadsheet. Someone else rebuilds it all into a deck for the executives, and it is out of date before it is presented. Elumri makes the project the only place work is entered. Everything else is a view.

From (today)
To (with Elumri)
Weekly updates written into a voidNobody confirms they were read
Updates with a read receiptThe writer sees who opened it
A portfolio spreadsheet full of broken formulasRetyped from every project
A portfolio that fills itselfComputed from the projects, always current
A status deck rebuilt by hand every weekHours of copying for one meeting
The live screen is the reportDecks generated from the record when you need one
Intake requests that disappear after you submit themA form disconnected from what happens next
A front door you can trackFrom request to decision to project
Decisions buried in meeting notes and inboxesWho decided, and when, is anyone's guess
Decisions are records with ownersWho, when, and the evidence at the time

02 · The idea

One motion closes both ends.

The person doing the work writes into a void. The executive can't read the raw tracker, so someone rebuilds it. Same missing link. In Elumri, when a leader opens a team's actual words, that act is the team's read receipt.

Nothing is typed twice

The project is the only place work is entered. The portfolio, the report and the deck are views of it.

Health is computed, words are human

Status rolls up from the facts. The narrative is always the team's own, kept verbatim.

Everyone knows it landed

Updates, requests and decisions show who read them. Nothing disappears into a void.

03 · How it works

From an idea to results, with a record at every step.

Work moves through clear stages. A stage changes only through a gate review, so every step has a recorded decision: who made it, when, and what evidence they had.

1

Request

Anyone submits an idea with guided help.

Tracked like a parcel
2

Triage

The program office checks it and sets the agenda.

Gate

Gates check the evidence, not a form. Each stage lists what it needs before it can close. If cost, scope or schedule drifts more than 10% from the baseline, Elumri flags it for review. The work keeps moving; the drift is never hidden.

04 · The plan is the backbone

One plan per project. Slippage shows up and is never overwritten.

Stages, milestones and tasks live on one plan. Once the plan is approved it is baselined, so the original and current dates sit side by side. Decisions, risks and updates all point at the plan.

Four views of one plan

Gantt, list, board, and "this week". Change it in one and it changes everywhere.

Portfolio for free

Every project's stages roll up by initiative into a portfolio view that is always correct.

05 · Accountability

Everyone knows their part, and their home screen shows it.

Each project names who is accountable, who does the work, who is consulted and who is kept informed. That role decides what each person is asked for, so nobody configures a dashboard.

A
Accountable

Owns the outcome. Sees decisions and gates waiting on them.

R
Responsible

Does the work. Sees tasks due, the status to write, the next gate.

C
Consulted

Asked before action. Sees what is waiting for their input.

I
Informed

Kept in the loop. A quiet feed, read when they want.

06 · Source-linked AI

AI speaks for you. Never over you.

AI in Elumri is a labeled lens over the record, never a replacement for it. Every claim links back to the exact words it came from, and the human record stays intact.

AI-written content is always labeled. Every claim resolves to a source you are allowed to see.
  • Every line links to its source

Summaries point to the exact version of the words they came from.

  • Sees only what you can see

AI works through the same permissions as you. There is no back door.

  • Drafts, never overwrites

AI can draft an update for you to accept. It cannot change what a person wrote.

  • Bring your own assistant

Connect the AI assistant you already use to your Elumri workspace, signed in as you.

07 · Trust

Built so the wrong person never sees the wrong thing.

Access is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface. Every record is checked against your role before it leaves the system.

Passkey sign-in

Sign in with your device. No password to phish or reuse.

Engagements are isolated

Work in one client engagement is invisible to every other, down to the row.

Human words are permanent

The original text is kept. Edits keep their history, so nothing is quietly rewritten.

Confidential stays confidential

Restricted work shows as a locked row. People know it exists without seeing inside.

Every decision is recorded

Approvals and stage changes keep who, when, and the evidence at the time.

Works on its own

No required integrations. Elumri is complete by itself; connections are a bonus.

Now onboarding pilots

Run your next transformation program in Elumri.

We are starting with a small number of programs. Each pilot is set up on a realistic example first, then your real projects move in once your team is comfortable.

Pilots are by invitation.

Every pilot includes

  • A complete workspace for one client engagement
  • Plans, decisions, accountability and weekly status
  • Intake, gate reviews and a live portfolio
  • A built-in learning center for every feature
  • Guided import of your existing trackers
